‘The balance between form, structure and material, the complex intersections of lines, plane and solids – abstract forms that openly demonstrate their purely intellectual origin – ensure that my pieces – always with a strong visual impact – convey not only the strength of the an artistic choice, but also a sense of purity and a precious harmony.’
Stefania Lucchetta
The exhibition includes thirty works executed in titanium and stellite, modern metals with innovative potential. Titanium is light and wearable, and can be anodized to brilliant coloration. Stellite is a carbon-chromium alloy that can be polished or matte, and is essentially non-reactive to oxidation and the body. Stefania is also exhibiting earlier historical works in resin that are part of her journey from traditional to modern jewelry.
