Stainless Steel Vintage Chronograph
John Wanamaker (1838-1922) was a legendary entrepreneur, U.S. Postmaster General, founder of the legacy Wanamaker’s Philadelphia department store chain, and superb marketer, evident here in this Swiss stainless steel chronograph, circa 1950, with his signature on the dial. The 35mm case has a screw-down back, matte dial with constant seconds and 30 minute registers, outer tachymetric scale and patinated dial. The manual wind movement is warrantied for 1 year.
