Rare stainless steel Patek Philippe, Genève, Ref. 3579. made circa 1970, is a tonneau-shaped, water-resistant, stainless steel wristwatch. The 33mm x 37mm case is polished and brushed, with a flat inclined bezel, screw-down case back, sapphire crystal. The silver satin dial has applied white gold baton indexes and white gold baton hands. The movement is caliber 23-300 PM, 18 jewels, manual wind, warrantied by Aaron Faber for 2 years. Accompanied by original box and papers.
