18K yellow gold Patek Philippe Ref. 3919 ‘Clous de Paris’ Calatrava, circa 1990’s, is a very thin 33mm hobnail bezel classic Patek, sapphire crystal, porcelain dial with painted black Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds dial and black oxidized gold leaf hands. The 18 jewel caliber 215 movement is manual wind warrantied by Aaron Faber for 2 years. This is the classic Patek model introduced in 1985 that became one of the most popular Patek watches in the market, discontinued in 1998. A timeless iconic design.
